STEVEN D. BENNETT is the President and CEO of the ATH Group of Companies: ATH Properties, L.L.C., ATH Construction Services, L.L.C. and ATH Consulting Services, L.L.C., and is a licensed Real Estate Agent as well.

His services, as well as those of his companies, span all facets of real estate, from consulting, to purchase or sale, and construction, and include listings for Single Family Homes, Lots, Commercial, Multi Family, and access to a large inventory of properties through exclusive relationships with Developers and Builders.

Steven Bennett, who has been involved with real estate in different facets since 1998, started out in modular and site construction, and then expanded his extensive experience into in real estate investment, land development, and consulting services.

ATH was one of the first builders in 30 years to be able to acquire permits for, and to construct, modular homes in Dallas, Oak Cliff, Waxahachie, Grand Prairie, Fort Worth. Steven Bennett’s expertise in the modular building space is sought after by manufactures of modular homes.

In 2002, Steven’s own need for access to buildable lots in subdivisions, rather than just in-fill lots in older, established neighborhoods, spawned the vision for a new type of “land bank”, to fill the “missing link” between small to mid-size builders and access to lots/land on a consistent basis, especially in developments that traditionally had been reserved for large chain builders, with inventory quickly reaching thousands of lots. Through ATH Properties, Steven Bennett increasingly specialized in the acquisition, warehousing, and sale of in-fill properties, as well as paper to build-ready lots in planned or existing developments for both residential and or commercial use.

Since 2014, Texas has seen an increase in construction statewide. Land sales are back in full swing and interest for lots acquisitions is increasing. Steven Bennett is always working on providing a better system that adds value, saves time and money, and to help developers, builders, and realtors find land, lots.
Since 2015, Steven Bennett is back creating a network of developers, builders, realtors and financial institutions, to help maximize growth potential and profit opportunities for their clients, by helping connect the dots and provide service far beyond what is expected.

In 2016 Steven closed on $10 million in real estate transactions, and he has an additional $87 million real estate transactions in title. Off-market properties or off-market pocket listings are his strong suit, which include large tracts of land and developed lots.

Since 2017, Steven is also helping builders and developers, to get access to Interim Construction Loans for single family homes, Builder Spec Homes, Rehab Loans, as well as Commercial Interim Construction Loans for Commercial Deals 5 + Units, as well as New Subdivision Development Loans.
